On Immersicom, the designer and developer are the same person. Every screen shown in this case study was structured, designed, and coded by Cesar Lopez — from user-experience decisions down to the front-end that ships to visitors.
Immersicom's site is used by their own company customers — brands across aerospace, automotive, healthcare, defense, and energy — to showcase products and capabilities in an environment that feels physical, without the cost of a physical space.
Trade shows and in-person demos are expensive, geographically limited, and easy to lose entirely — as many of Immersicom's clients did in 2020. They needed a way to put a product in front of a buyer that felt as convincing as standing next to it.
A physical booth or showroom can only be seen by whoever walks past it. Every prospect outside that room was a missed conversation.
Booths, hardware, shipping, staff, and venue costs stack up fast — and the investment resets every time the event ends.
A product page with static photos can't replicate the feeling of walking around a car, spinning a part, or standing inside a booth.
Each capability had to work as its own self-contained "room" while feeling like part of one continuous space — that constraint shaped every decision below.
Mapped every business capability — from gamification to virtual reality — into a navigable sequence of rooms with consistent wayfinding.
Designed the showroom shell: curved displays, info overlays, and UI chrome that layer cleanly on top of real-time 3D renders.
Coded the front end in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — reusable components so new capability rooms could be added without rebuilding the shell.
Tuned performance across browsers and devices, then documented the system so the team could extend it independently.

The entry point into the experience — a cinematic 3D corridor that sets the tone before a single click, with a curved central display and brand pillars built into the architecture: Visual Excellence, Creative & Technical Innovation, Superior Customer Service.
In 2021, Immersicom partnered with Czarnowski to build the Toyota Virtual Auto Show Experience on this front-end foundation — complete with "Let's Go Places" animated vehicles, environment changes, product specialist videos, two photo booths, and a Toyota theater with vehicle reveals, video, and a game.
Immersicom created the animations and the front-end and back-end programming; Czarnowski led creative direction.
